Balanced Quick Breakfast

This smoothie is very easy to make. It has got right amount of healthy fats, proteins and carbs combination to start your day.

 

Peanut butter Banana Smoothie

 

Banana, 1 ripe

Peanut butter 1 ½ Tbsp

Milk (almond milk or 2% milk) ½  cup

 

Blend them all and enjoy!
