Black Bean Brownies

These fudgy black bean brownies are gluten free dessert packed with nutrients and high in protein and fiber. These brownies have 50% less calories than traditional flour brownies.

 

Ingredients:

Black Beans 1 can (15oz)

Eggs 3

Butter 2 tbsp

Honey 1/3ed cup or Brown sugar ½ cup

Apple sauce 1/3  cup

Cocoa powder ½ cup

Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Dark chocolate chips ½ cup

Walnuts ¼  cup chopped

 

                                                

Instructions:

In a food processor blend black beans until smooth.

Add all ingredients except chocolate chips, blend again until smooth

Remove mixture from food processor and fold in chocolate chips.

Bake in muffin cups or cake pan for about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Slice into squares and serve hot.
