Natural treatment for Brittle hair
Brittle hair comes from poor nutrition, hard water, chemicals in cosmetics, sun damage and so forth.
- 1 tbsp of Honey, honey helps to lock the moisture
- 2 tbsp of avocado or egg yolk for protein, replenishes the keratin protein; avocado has the best nutrients to soften the hair
- 4 tbsp of yogurt, moisturizes and clean the dust and chemicals
Mix them all and massage into damp hair, let it sit for 30 minutes and rinse off with warm water and shampoo. Do this once a week.
Make sure your thyroid function is normal.
Eat food that has more protein, minerals and vitamins, especially biotin and zinc
