Raspberry Switchel

 
 
This drink is a thirst quencher. This was ancient farmers drink, a haymaker punch.
If you drink this on empty stomach in the morning, it keeps you energetic all day long and helps with digestion by stimulating enzymes.
 
Ingredients :
 
Ginger water 10 oz (see recipe below)
Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Wild raspberry syrup 4tbsp.
You may use honey or maple syrup instead.
Adjust the amount of sweetener according to your liking. 
 
Procedure:
 
Mix all ingredients and enjoy hot or cold. Garnish with mint. 
 
Ginger water: boil 50 ounces of water. Turn off the stove, add fresh ginger about finger size cut into small pieces and mashed.
